  • Grading: Cameroons Robusta coffee is graded based on physical quality, bean size, and defect count. The main grades include: 
  • GG or Grade A  : Uniform beans, no defects, moisture ≤12%, screen size ≥16. Export premium.
  • G1 or Grade 1 : Minor defects allowed, good size and color, moisture ≤13%. Common export.
  • G2 or Grade 2: Moderate defects, mixed sizes, moisture ≤13.5%. Used in blends.
  • G3 or Grade 3: High defect rate, uneven size/color. Often sold domestically or for instant coffee.
